We aim to secure customer trust by presenting a direct, transparent policy regarding subscription refunds and refundable hardware deposits.
The standard ₹2500 security deposit is fully refundable upon suspension/termination of your broadband connection. To claim the refund:
- The customer must submit a termination request.
- The fiber router and terminal adapter must be returned to our Kurnool office in working order with all cords.
- The refund is settled to the customer's bank account or UPI within 7-10 working days of hardware clearance.
If you pay connection charges in advance and our engineers find that the area is not feasible for pulling fiber lines during direct inspection, the entire paid amount will be refunded immediately without any deductions.
Prepaid monthly broadband plans are non-refundable once activated and working. SREE DVR Broadband does not issue pro-rata refunds for partial monthly periods if the customer decides to terminate services midway through a paid subscription cycle.
